Module “Customer Relationship Management”

The module is designed to support and organize the work of sales representatives, sales agents, etc. The module manages information about meetings and telephone conversations with potential and existing customers, the history of communication with them, as well as specific commercial agreements reached. The module allows you to assign and report on specific tasks for implementation, as well as monitor progress on certain commitments – concluding a new contract, providing an offer, preparing a sample, issuing an invoice, etc. The module provides flexible options for creating specific price lists for each client based on achieved monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual turnover, achieved quantity of goods under orders, purchase of certain groups of goods, payment within a certain period, etc. The Customer Relationship Management module gives salespeople access to the complete file of the client with whom they have a scheduled meeting – its basic characteristics such as contact details, contact persons, addresses and telephone numbers, as well as its active contracts, their validity, price and other conditions under which the specific client works.

Description

Key features:

  • Storage in a client file – contains basic characteristics such as contact persons, bank accounts, preferred payment term, preferred document descriptions, active contracts with the client, negotiated discounts, etc.
  • Contacts – history of contacts with the client. Each representative who visited or spoke by phone or otherwise with a given client registers his contact with the date, duration, type and notes from the contact.
  • Tasks to be performed – tasks are registered, and they can be directed to specific employees. These tasks can also be accompanied by accompanying documentation – different file formats in type and content. Tasks have certain statuses – assigned, being processed, completed/confirmed, completed/rejected, being developed, etc. Tasks can be completed either with confirmation or with the client’s refusal.
  • The commitments undertaken can be – concluding a new contract, providing an offer, developing a sample, developing a test product, issuing an invoice, etc.
  • Contracts – all contracts concluded with the client
  • Pricing – flexible methods for implementing a successful pricing policy, discounts by product groups, by customer groups, upon payment within a certain period, to achieve monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual turnover
